What Tools Are Needed?
For most tests, a computer with an internet connection is sufficient. Additional tools, such as a calculator, pen, or paper, may be helpful for certain tests, for example, to jot down intermediate steps. If such tools are necessary, you will receive clear instructions in the test materials.
Are Special Skills Required?
No, special skills are not required. However, it may be helpful to try out online test formats beforehand to familiarize yourself with the structure and process.
How Can I Manage My Nerves?
Feeling nervous before a test is entirely normal. This tension, often referred to as stage fright, can even be beneficial—it enhances your focus and mobilizes your energy. To reduce your nervousness, it helps to become familiar with the test process.
Tip: View your excitement as a natural reaction. It shows that the outcome matters to you and can positively impact your performance.
What Should I Do If I Have a Disability?
Online aptitude tests can present unique challenges for individuals with disabilities. However, there are ways to address these hurdles:
Visual Impairment: Screen magnification software can enlarge content.
Motor Impairments: Specialized input devices can make navigation easier.
General Support: Feel free to contact us directly via the contact form to discuss individual accommodations.
Under EU law, individuals with disabilities are entitled to reasonable support and accommodations during application processes. We are equally committed to providing such support in our aptitude testing processes.

What happens after the survey?
What Happens After the Survey?
Once you’ve completed your online aptitude tests, you might wonder: What’s next? Here’s what happens after the process, how your results are evaluated, whether you’ll receive feedback, and how your data is handled.
What Happens After the Assessment?
After you finish all the tests, the next step is to wait. The company will review your results and then contact your agency to discuss the next steps.
How Are the Results Evaluated?
The evaluation of your tests depends on the type of assessment:
Ability Tests: Points are awarded for each correct answer, while incorrect answers may result in penalties. The total score is calculated at the end.
Work Style Questionnaires: These don’t have “right” or “wrong” answers. Instead, they analyze how well your work styles align with the company’s needs.
Comparison with the Norm Group
Your results are compared to a statistical reference group known as the norm group. This comparison allows your performance to be assessed relative to other participants. Based on this, a results report is generated.
What Happens to Your Data?
The data collected is completely anonymous. Neither “Is it a match?” nor anyone else can identify you personally from the results.
Storage and Security
- Test results are stored on secure servers for the duration of the pitch process.
- Only authorized personnel have access to the data.
- At “Is it a match?”, an independent data protection officer ensures that databases and servers are regularly audited and secured.
Summary
- After the assessment, the company reviews your team results and contacts your agency with further information.
- Your results are methodically evaluated and compared to a norm group.
- Whether you receive feedback is up to the company conducting the pitch.
- Your data is fully anonymous.
