Founder

Jens Erichsen
Jens Erichsen is the driving force behind “Is it a match?” and brings over 25 years of experience in corporate management, talent development, and marketing—both on the industry and agency sides. His career has led him to senior positions at renowned companies such as Allianz Deutschland SE, Kraft Jacobs Suchard (now Mondelez), Carat Deutschland GmbH, and the successful eCommerce company Hall of Wood GmbH & Co. KG, which he founded.
With “Is it a match?” Jens Erichsen leverages his extensive experience from over 100 tenders he has guided—both on the client and agency sides. He understands the demands and expectations companies place on their agencies just as well as the challenges and strengths that agencies bring to the table. This unique perspective enables him to design processes that foster truly effective, satisfying, and sustainable collaboration.
Jens Erichsen is a certified DIN 33430 aptitude diagnostician—a seal of quality for the methodological rigor and scientific foundation of the procedures he employs.
